Description
​High-density fiberboard (HDF) Racks are usually between 12 to 24 inches deep and 3 to 6 feet long Customization of other sizes are also available Features 4 L-shaped steel poles, 5, 6, 7 or 8 feet in height, with rubber footings Each tier has 4 beams (2 short and 2 long) with "buttons" at both sides to grip onto the holes on the upright The beams are held on by "tear-drop" holes on the upright which are spaced one and a half inches apart throughout its length, making it extremely easy for the individual shelves to be moved to any height when the unit is fully assembled without taking apart the unit or moving the other shelves The HDF boards are then placed on the beams All relatively big racks has an extra beam across the centre of each tier for additional support No tools are required to assemble or disassemble these shelves, although a rubber mallet is useful Powder coating finish— rust resistant, economical, durable, scratch resistant and virtually pollution-free Great looking, affordable, no gaps on the panels unlike the wire shelving. Double Rivet Racking is designed to provide an economical solution for the storage of retail, wholesale or industrial goods. Installation can be done without special tools in a minimal amount of time. All steel parts are finished in attractive light putty baked enamel.
